MESSAGE
This Sunday is the final message in our Genesis series! Tony Walsh will be preaching from Genesis 49:28-50:26.

PRAYER

CHURCH-WIDE SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER MEETING
9-9:45AM in the Prayer Room (Rm 111).

PRAYER OF THE WEEK
Let’s pray that the Lord would work in all of our hearts to create a family culture of increasing gratitude and biblical encouragement. Pray that we would all reject the critical and cynical spirit of our age and “put on” both thanksgiving and genuine, God-honoring encouragement. See Ephesians 4:29; Hebrews 3:13; James 5:9; Colossians 3:12–17.

PRAYER TEAM
Prayer is a vital ministry in our church; if you’d like to join the Prayer Team or submit a prayer request (or both!) please email prayer@gccdenver.org.

AUGUST Evangelism Encouragement

From Michael Robble...

Who is/are the unbeliever(s) that you're praying for, that you're desiring to share the Gospel with? Since all believers in Christ are ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20), let’s plan this month for focused prayer and quality time with someone who does not know Jesus. Build friendships, extend care, and be ready to share the eternally life-changing truth of the Gospel. We've been given the great privilege of declaring the good news of Jesus to those who so desperately need Him. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Lord desires to use each of us to proclaim His name!

And remember: The Bridge Course starts September 2nd. Invite someone to Bridge so they can hear the Gospel!

Are you or people you know curious to know more about Jesus and the Christian faith? Starting September 2 we are offering a free 10-week course where anyone with questions can hear what Christians believe and share dinner and conversation around the table. FAMILY ROOM & NURSING MOTHERS ROOM
The Family Room and Nursing Mothers Room are available throughout the service for anyone who feels the need to step out of the service with a baby or young child.
